Irouléguy, Domaine Bordaxuria
The vineyard is strategically positioned facing south, allowing the vines to benefit from optimal sunlight exposure throughout the day. The vines are planted on steep terraced slopes, creating a visually striking landscape and promoting excellent drainage. The ground beneath is predominantly composed of LAPITZA, a vibrant red sandstone rock that imparts unique characteristics to the terroir. This mineral-rich soil composition can contribute to the complexity and distinctiveness of the wines produced from this vineyard.
